Work (W) is done when a force causes an object to move. It's calculated by:

W = Force × Distance

Kinetic Energy (KE) is energy of motion:

KE = 0.5 × mass × velocity²

Power (P) is the rate of doing work:

P = Work / Time

This simulation shows a block being pushed with a force, and calculates work, KE, and power.
